The room was like a stone castle, with spacious rooms and a modern bathroom with a hammam. the decor was lovely and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the easy access to town, with a short walk to shops and restaurants. the staff, especially Akshin, were incredibly helpful and sorted all our tours. We even received a free upgrade. the breakfast was tasty, with filling omelettes, and the hotel provided amenities for people who enjoy karaoke and casinos.

The room was huge and big with wonderful bathrooms, Turkish bath, a great shower, I felt comfortable there. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of options. The location was particularly good and amazing, in an awesome tourist destination with easy access to a supermarket and stores.

The hotel had an excellent location close to Cappadocia and airport transportation, as well as a market for buying groceries. the staff were all pleasant and exceptional. - the central location in the city was a definite plus.

Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with wonderful bathrooms that had both a great shower and a relaxing bath tub. The attention to detail was impressive, and the included breakfast was a delicious way to start the day.

Not obvious to find.

Great value for money, and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with all the key sights within walking distance. The staff were friendly, and we appreciated the kettle in the room and the fact that we could get tea and coffee whenever we wanted. The dedicated router for each room was also a nice touch.

There were a few things that could have been better. The breakfast was okay, but some of the items ran out quickly.
